Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) develops and disposes of public housing and authority land across Tamil Nadu. Its official notifications can also offer commercial, institutional and utility property. The current Villupuram Housing Unit notice covers 17 sites in Villupuram and Cuddalore districts; the Besant Nagar Division notice covers 13 Chennai sites, including 2 residential plots; and the separate Tirunelveli Housing Unit notice contains 55 non-residential lots.
All three notices use an electronic tender or application stage to qualify bidders before a later live e-auction. The Besant Nagar notice publishes a live-auction window from 28 Sep 2026, 11:00 AM to 29 Sep 2026, 5:00 PM IST. Villupuram and Tirunelveli publish their tender-submission and technical-opening milestones but not the later live-auction date or time; their bid openings are not live-auction starts.

The linked notices have mixed schedule coverage: 1 phase publishes its later live e-auction window, while 2 phases still leave that date and time unpublished. Check the relevant phase’s schedule.
The authority runs the later e-auction and handles bid acceptance, successful-bidder payments, allotment, and transfer under its terms — never on BiddingPulse.
