How an SDA Saharanpur e-auction works

  1. Find the current notice on the SDA Saharanpur e-auction portal — it lists 3 plots on offer and their areas and initial rates. Check the official auction materials for the earnest-money deposit (EMD) and each deadline.

  2. Payment closes 12 Oct 2026, 12:00 PM IST. The notices specify online earnest-money deposit (EMD) and do not publish a separate registration cutoff.

  3. Bidding runs online on the official source during the window published in the official auction materials; the highest valid bid under the notice’s price and bidding rules is the leading bid, subject to the authority’s confirmation and the terms in its official auction materials.

  4. The authority handles bid acceptance, the winning-bidder payment, and any allotment or property transfer through its own process, under the terms in its official auction materials — never on BiddingPulse.
