According to the brochure, the completed, signed form and 10% earnest money are submitted to CEO-cum-Secretary, HIMUDA, Nigam Vihar, Shimla 171002; a demand draft must favour CEO-cum-Secretary, HIMUDA, payable at Shimla. The application deadline is 29 Oct 2026, 5:00 PM IST.

  3. The brochure set the lottery draw for 3 November 2026, 11:00 AM IST, at HIMUDA Head Office, Shimla, for units receiving multiple applications.

  4. After allotment, a further 40% is due within 45 days of the allotment letter. The remaining 50% is payable in 10 half-yearly instalments with 11% annual interest; confirm the exact dues in the allotment letter.
