The Srikakulam Urban Development Authority (SUDA) plans the urban area around Srikakulam in Andhra Pradesh and offers residential plots in its NTR Smart Township layouts through public e-auctions. Each sale is approved by published proceedings that list every plot with its number, size in square yards, road frontage and boundaries.
A SUDA auction opens a window to register on the state Bhoo Konugolu portal and pay a fixed earnest-money deposit for each plot a bidder wants, followed by timed online bidding on the scheduled day.
