The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) is the city government of Ahmedabad; its Estate department periodically auctions municipal plots — residential and commercial — through public tenders. Each tender lists every plot with its town-planning-scheme number, area, and a per-square-metre reserve rate.
An AMC plot auction runs on the Gujarat nProcure platform: bidders register and place the EMD and tender fee, submit an online sealed-bid offer, and then take part in a live e-auction on the scheduled dates. Plots are described by their locality, size, and use as the tender lists them.
Registration, the EMD, and every bid happen on the official nProcure portal — never on BiddingPulse. We are an independent research site: we read the public tenders and lay out the facts a buyer weighs.
