The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) is the city government of Ahmedabad; its Estate department periodically auctions municipal plots — residential and commercial — through public tenders. Each tender lists every plot with its town-planning-scheme number, area, and a per-square-metre reserve rate.
An AMC plot auction runs on the Gujarat nProcure platform: bidders register and place the EMD and tender fee, submit an online sealed-bid offer, and then take part in a live e-auction on the scheduled dates. Plots are described by their locality, size, and use as the tender lists them.
