Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) offers residential freehold dwellings and commercial leasehold units through public e-auctions. Its linked notices, property inventories and terms publish the units, sizes, reserve prices, earnest-money deposits (EMDs), tenure and schedules. Check the terms for the selected sale: the residential and commercial properties have different tenure and payment conditions.

A bidder places a separate EMD for each property and submits bids online through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM); the highest eligible bid remains subject to approval by the competent authority. Payment, conveyance and possession then follow the notice and terms for that sale.
