Residential freehold dwellings Aug 2026
Notice, dates & reserves
Auction announcements, cited to the official CHB Chandigarh notice.
Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) offers vacant residential dwellings through public e-auctions. For the sale covered here, its official notice, property inventory and detailed terms collectively publish the units, sizes, reserve prices, earnest-money deposits (EMDs), tenure and schedule.
A bidder places a separate EMD for each property and submits bids online through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM); the highest eligible bid remains subject to approval by the competent authority. Payment, conveyance and possession then follow the notice and terms for that sale.
EMD payment and bidding happen through the official GeM process — never on BiddingPulse. We are an independent research site: we read the official documents and explain the facts a buyer weighs; we do not conduct the auction or take bids.
Find the current notice on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) forward-auction portal — it lists the dwellings on offer, the reserve prices, the earnest-money deposit (EMD), and every deadline.
Register on the official source and place the deposit the notice asks for (the amount you put down to take part) before its deadline.
Bidding runs online on the official source during the window the notice names; the highest valid bid at or above the reserve is the leading bid, subject to the authority’s confirmation and the terms in its notice.
The authority handles bid acceptance, the winning-bidder payment, and any allotment or property transfer through its own process, under the terms in its notice — never on BiddingPulse.
A general outline — CHB Chandigarh sets the exact schedule, deposits, and terms in each notice. Verify against the official source.
