Kadapa Urban Development Authority property e-auctions

Auction announcements, cited to the official KUDA notice.

The Kadapa Urban Development Authority (KUDA) plans the urban area around Kadapa in Andhra Pradesh and offers residential plots in its NTR Smart Township layouts, which span several towns across the Y.S.R. Kadapa, Annamayya and Tirupati districts. Each sale is approved by published proceedings that list every plot with its number, size in square yards and boundaries.

A KUDA auction opens a window to register on the state Bhoo Konugolu portal and pay a fixed earnest-money deposit for each plot a bidder wants, followed by timed online bidding on the scheduled day. The KUDA Board fixes a sale rate per square yard for each layout as the floor, and the highest bid stays subject to the Vice Chairperson’s acceptance and the payment terms in the published terms document.

Registration, the fees, the deposit and every bid happen on the official Bhoo Konugolu portal — never on BiddingPulse. We are an independent research site: we read the published proceedings and explain the facts a buyer weighs.

How a KUDA e-auction works

  1. Find the current notice on the Bhoo Konugolu Urban Land e-Auction Portal — it lists the plots on offer, the reserve prices, the earnest-money deposit (EMD), and every deadline.

  2. Register on the official source and place the deposit the notice asks for (the amount you put down to take part) before its deadline.

  3. Bidding runs online on the official source during the window the notice names; the highest valid bid at or above the reserve is the leading bid, subject to the authority’s confirmation and the terms in its notice.

  4. The authority handles bid acceptance, the winning-bidder payment, and any allotment or property transfer through its own process, under the terms in its notice — never on BiddingPulse.

A general outline — KUDA sets the exact schedule, deposits, and terms in each notice. Verify against the official source.
