Notice, dates & reserves
Auction announcements, cited to the official SJDA Siliguri notice.
The Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development Authority (SJDA) is a statutory body of the Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Department, Government of West Bengal, constituted under the West Bengal Town and Country (Planning and Development) Act, 1979. It plans development around Siliguri and Jalpaiguri and disposes of authority land, publishing each offer as a notice on its own news board at sjda.org.
An SJDA land notice sets its own eligibility, tenure, reserve or starting bid, earnest money and timetable, and the bidding is held in person at the venue the notice names rather than on an electronic platform. Some of its offers are made under, and remain subject to, orders of the courts — a transfer can then require judicial confirmation before it is final, on the timetable the notice states.
Registration, the earnest money and every bid follow the notice’s own instructions and go to SJDA — never to BiddingPulse. We are an independent research site: we read the published notices and set out the facts a bidder weighs.
No bidding is live in this section. Each card shows its next published action and date; restricted notices retain their eligibility conditions.
We have not yet published a record of the next SJDA Siliguri auction. Confirm any newly issued notice on the official source first. BiddingPulse is independent research and is not a party to the auction — the dated records already on this page are above.
On the authority's own process. The SJDA news and notices board publishes the documents but runs no bidder transactions, so the notice itself names where each step happens — never on BiddingPulse.
No unrestricted public phase was recorded by this date. Check the SJDA news and notices board for any later official notice; each phase publishes its own inventory, deposit and deadlines.
