BiddingPulse is an independent research and analysis platform. We publish editorial content about publicly listed property auctions conducted by the government bodies, public-sector banks, and similar auctioning agencies. We are not a Government of India agency and have no affiliation with any government, bank, or auction agency whose auctions we cover.
We aggregate publicly available auction documents — tender notices, annexure rows, and layout plans — and combine them with our own independent research: sun analysis, layout depictions, EMD math, and source-linked context. Every figure we publish is cited back to the public source. The output is editorial in nature: notes a buyer can read alongside the official documents, not a substitute for them.
BiddingPulse does not sell, transfer, register, or process any property. We do not accept or process payments on behalf of any government body. We do not represent any government agency. We do not provide investment advice. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser and not a RERA-registered real estate agent or broker. We have no role in any transaction between a bidder and the auctioning agency.
BiddingPulse operates as an information-aggregation intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We host editorial content and user-generated discussion. We do not assume liability for the underlying auction documents we cite, the official auction processes we describe, or any bidding decision a user makes after reviewing our research.
All bidder registration, deposit payment, bid submission, and post-auction processing happen on the official portal of the auctioning agency — whether that's a government body, a public-sector bank running a SARFAESI sale, or any other auctioneer whose listing we research. Follow the agency's own published instructions directly. BiddingPulse has no role in any of those steps and never appears as a party in any transaction.
Cross-reference every auction detail, plot specification, dimension, and reserve price we publish against the official source — the auctioning authority's notice and its annexure rows, the published tender, the layout plan, and (where relevant) a site visit — before making any bidding decision. Our research is an aid, not a replacement.
