The research layer for India's public property auctions.

Public property auctions in India have plenty of data and almost no infrastructure to read it in. BiddingPulse is the missing layer: auction data from government bodies, bank portals, and SARFAESI registries aggregated into a single searchable research surface, every figure cited to its primary source — so buyers can study a property thoroughly before they commit their Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). Current live coverage is Estate Office, U.T., Chandigarh residential sites in Chandigarh; DDA research is retained in the archive after conclusion, and more cities/sources follow as the research stack matures.

Coverage reflects the current live bulletin. DDA research has moved to archive; bank portals and SARFAESI registries are next on the roadmap, not yet indexed.

What we are

A buyer-side research surface. A moderated discussion forum. A first-introduction layer between buyers and RERA-verified brokers operating on a transparent, no-commission model.

Subscription pricing is the model — buyers pay for unlocked-project research access. When broker accounts open, brokers will pay a flat platform fee. No transaction commission, no per-lead pricing, no quality scores, no rankings. Today, the live bulletin and public briefs stay free for everyone. During early access, signed-in members also get every area's full research free; the Insight subscription opens that research once early access ends.

What we aren't

Who built it

BiddingPulse is built by a small team based out of Delhi. The platform grew out of a research gap we kept hitting: enough information about a public property e-auction property to make a confident bid was scattered across PDFs, news clippings, and WhatsApp groups, with no way to verify any of it side-by-side in the auction window. We're building the surface that gap demanded.

Delhi DDA auctions were the first research corpus; Chandigarh Estate Office is the current live source. Other cities and auction sources — bank SARFAESI recoveries among them — come next, on the same buyer-side, no-commission model.

What we believe

Most Indian property platforms are listing portals — directories of seller-side commission brokers presented as neutral discovery. We think the segment of buyers researching auction property specifically deserves something different: data they can verify, brokers they pay directly, no algorithmic matchmaking, no manufactured urgency.

That conviction shapes today's product. We cite every figure to its primary source. We charge a subscription instead of taking commission. We don't rate or rank brokers. The buyer is the customer, not the inventory. As the product evolves, the underlying conviction — buyer-first, sources-cited, no-bias — is the standard we'll keep measuring against.
