Dwarka CSP Round II
Notice, dates & reserves
Independent research and source-cited auction notices, DDA.
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is the government body that plans and sells public land across Delhi. It sells residential plots — freehold (you own the plot outright) and leasehold (you hold it on a long lease) — and some built units through numbered e-auction phases, each announced in a public notice with its own plot list, reserve prices, and deposit deadlines.
A DDA phase opens a set window for registration and the earnest-money deposit (EMD), a refundable deposit that shows you are a serious bidder, then moves to timed online bidding on the auction date in the notice. BiddingPulse describes plots by their size and ownership type only, as the notice lists them.
Everything official — registration, payment, bidding — happens on DDA’s e-auction portals, never on BiddingPulse: land auctions run on eNivida, while flat schemes such as the Dwarka CSP round register and bid on the SBI e-tender portal. We are an independent research site: we read the official notices and lay out the facts a buyer weighs.
The DDA auctions we’ve researched since we went live — we add each auction once its window ends.
Review the latest recorded public notice on the DDA e-auction portal (eNivida) — it listed 24 plots and the reserve prices. Use the notice only as a record of the published deposit and deadlines; any new phase will publish its own terms.
Published schedule record: Registration + EMD deadline — 22 May 2026, 6:00 PM.
Published schedule record: e-Auction — 1 Jun 2026, 10 AM – 1 PM IST.
Dates shown are from Phase 22 residential (2026), a recorded phase on DDA e-auction portal (eNivida); each new phase sets its own route, amounts, dates and terms. Verify against the official source.
