Booking has not opened. The circular schedules the brochure for 13 October 2026 at noon IST, registration from 14 October at noon IST, and booking from 20 October at noon IST. The launch circular states no closing deadline and leaves the detailed allotment terms to the scheme brochure.
Pocket VI: ₹14,94,791 per flat. Pocket III: ₹15,01,049 per flat. These published prices already include the 25% discount. Every flat is listed at 49.90 sqm total plinth area including balcony and common area; the actual area may vary. The booking amount is ₹1 lakh. Additional costs include ₹2,500 one-time, non-refundable portal registration fee for new registrants; GST and maintenance charges, excluded from the flat-wise prices; and water-connection and applicable conversion charges at the rates in the Demand-cum-Allotment Letter.

The 8 October launch circular does not specify applicant eligibility, including age, income or property-ownership conditions. DDA leaves the remaining terms to the Awas Nivesh brochure, scheduled for 13 October at noon IST. Confirm eligibility in that scheme’s brochure before booking; the LIG flat category alone does not establish an income limit.
Pocket VI has 1,496 LIG flats at ₹14,94,791 each; Pocket III has 1,020 at ₹15,01,049 each. Both are in Sector G2–G6, Narela. These are the flat-wise published amounts after the 25% discount. Do not deduct a further 25%.
Applicants already registered on DDA Awaas need not register again. New applicants pay a one-time, non-refundable ₹2,500 registration fee for onboarding on the portal. Registration and scheme eligibility are separate matters.
The booking amount is ₹1,00,000 per flat, separate from the registration fee. The circular does not describe the ₹1 lakh booking amount as refundable or non-refundable. Read the scheme brochure for the payment and cancellation terms.
GST and maintenance are excluded from the flat-list prices. Annexure I also excludes water-connection and applicable conversion charges; these are demanded at applicable rates with the Demand-cum-Allotment Letter. The letter uses each flat’s actual plinth area, so the final disposal price can vary.
