India International Convention & Exhibition Centre Limited (IICC) is a Government of India company under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. It develops and runs Yashobhoomi, the convention and exhibition district in Sector 25, Dwarka, New Delhi, and holds the land on a 99-year lease from DPIIT with the right to sub-lease parts of it.

Its property offers are sub-leases of development plots rather than sales of built space: a winning bidder designs, finances, builds, operates and maintains the plot for the term the agreement sets, under the Urban Design Guidelines for the IICC district. Each RFP sets its own reserve price, bid security, net-worth bar and timetable, and some rounds bid several plots together as one block. What bid security does the IICC 8 office & retail plots — Nov 2026 auction require?

₹3.98–12.97 Cr, per the notice. Annexure-C sets a separate Bid Security for each plot, from ₹3.98 crore on plots 12 and 15 to ₹12.97 crore on plot 29. The Block carries its own ₹28 crore figure, which is not the sum of its four plots. MSTC’s catalogues print the same amounts under the heading Pre-Bid EMD.
