Telangana Housing Board (TGHB) develops and disposes of public housing and residential land in Telangana. Its property notices can offer individual plots through an open auction, with each sale setting its own inventory, upset-price rate, earnest-money deposit (EMD), venue and payment terms.

The sale covered here is a physical, in-person auction rather than an online bidding session. TGHB’s notice directs EMD payment through e-Seva/Mee Seva but also uses Demand Draft language for the auction-day token, so bidders should obtain written clarification from TGHB before payment and bring only the instrument and proof it confirms.
