NBCC (India) Limited is a Government of India enterprise that develops, redevelops and markets public real estate for government owners and clients. Each property sale names the owner or client and publishes its own application document, inventory, reserve prices, deposit requirements and payment terms.

For an online property auction, the notice sets the window for registration and the earnest-money deposit (EMD), then a timed bidding session on NBCC’s RailTel eNivida portal. The highest bid can remain subject to the acceptance and allotment terms in that property’s notice, so the notice and any corrigendum control over summary material.

Bidder registration, participation fees and EMD, and every bid go through the official NBCC e-auction portal — never on BiddingPulse. Post-auction consideration follows the payment instructions in the property notice.
