Goa Industrial Development Corporation (Goa IDC) publishes industrial-estate plot auctions and allotment notices in Goa. This hub covers Quitol, Verna (including Hello World), Latambarcem, Cuncolim, Madkaim, Panchwadi and Sanguem. Its publicly available notices identify each plot’s area, permitted use, published rate, deposit and lease conditions.

The auction brochures use NIC’s eAuction India portal for enrolment, document submission and bidding. Payments go to the Corporation’s escrow service, with receipts uploaded on NIC. The highest bidder then applies for allotment through Goa IDC’s OPEN portal. Separate Regulation 5 allotments accept applications on OPEN and use committee screening and Board approval. The Land Premium and annual Lease Rent are separate payments, defined in the relevant terms.

Each auction record has its own Auction ID and schedule. BiddingPulse is an independent research site that explains publicly available source documents. Registration, payments, bids and allotment applications are handled by the official services.
