Notice, dates & reserves
Auction announcements, cited to the official BDA Bathinda notice.
The Bathinda Development Authority (BDA), a Punjab Government undertaking, plans and sells public property in Bathinda and administers PUDA urban estates in nearby towns such as Mansa, Malout and Abohar. It auctions residential plots and flats and commercial SCO, shop and booth sites through e-auctions, each published with a schedule of properties, per-square-metre reserve rates, and an eligibility fee that lets you take part.
A BDA Bathinda auction runs online on the eNivida portal for a set window. The highest valid bid is subject to the authority’s acceptance (the terms reserve its right to accept or reject and require Chief Administrator approval); on acceptance, allotment follows part-payment of the bid, with the balance under the scheme terms and a rebate for early lump-sum payment. Properties are described by their size and use as the schedule lists them.
Registration, the eligibility fee, and every bid happen on the official eNivida portal — never on BiddingPulse. We are an independent research site: we read the public notices and lay out the facts a buyer weighs.
The BDA Bathinda auctions we’ve researched since we went live — we add each auction once its window ends.
Review the latest recorded public notice on the PUDA e-auction portal (eNivida) — it listed 141 sites and the reserve prices. Use the notice only as a record of the published deposit and deadlines; any new phase will publish its own terms.
