65 Chaupati lots — Oct 2026
Notice, dates & reserves
Auction announcements, cited to the official Khamgaon Municipal Council notice.
Khamgaon Municipal Council is the urban local body for Khamgaon in Maharashtra’s Buldhana district. It offers council-built commercial property — shops and halls such as those in the Chaupati complex opposite the City Police Station — on lease, with each notice listing every unit by block, floor, size, premium, fixed monthly rent and any reserved category or permitted trade.
A council e-auction runs under the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act 1965 and the Council’s standing directions. Bidding is on the अधिमुल्य (premium) a three-member committee fixes as the floor, while the monthly rent is set in the schedule and does not move with the bid. Each notice sets its own deposit, lease term, advance-rent rule and payment schedule, and those can differ sharply between notices.
Registration, the deposit and every bid happen on the Government eAuction portal run by NIC, and original documents go to the Municipal Council office — never to BiddingPulse. We are an independent research site: we read the published notice and explain the facts a bidder weighs.
Find the current notice on the Government eAuction (eAuction India, NIC) — it lists 65 lots on offer and the reserve prices. Check the notice for the pre-bid premium deposit and each deadline.
Record interest on the official source before the published interest deadline. Condition 5 requires the whole amount to be with the Chief Officer before bidding opens on 1 October, and the cover page requires the original demand draft at the Council office by 5:00 PM on 24 September. The cover page names a demand draft while condition 5 says online payment; confirm the channel with the Council.
Bidding runs online on the official source during the window the notice names; the highest valid bid at or above the reserve is the leading bid, subject to the authority’s confirmation and the terms in its notice.
The authority handles bid acceptance, the winning-bidder payment, and any allotment or property transfer through its own process, under the terms in its notice — never on BiddingPulse.
