Register per the notice’s options — a prescribed application submitted at the VMRDA office before in-person bidding — and per the linked VMRDA application package, the completed application, the ₹2,000 application-fee challan and a separate EMD Demand Draft in favour of the Metropolitan Commissioner, VMRDA are submitted to the Revenue Division on the 8th floor of the VMRDA office by 5:00 PM on 15 September, before the deadline.
