Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority property e-auctions

Auction announcements, cited to the official PUDA notice.

The Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority (PUDA) plans urban estates and sells public property across Punjab, run locally through its Patiala development office. It auctions residential plots and commercial SCO (shop-cum-office) sites through periodic e-auctions, each advertised with a site list, per-square-metre reserve rates, and an eligibility fee that lets you take part.

A PUDA auction opens an online window for registration and the eligibility fee, then runs timed online bidding on the eNivida portal. The highest valid bid is subject to the authority’s acceptance; on acceptance, allotment follows part-payment of the bid, with the balance and charges under the scheme terms. Sites are described by their size and use as the advertisement lists them.

Registration, the eligibility fee, and every bid happen on the official PUDA eNivida portal — never on BiddingPulse. We are an independent research site: we read the public notices and lay out the facts a buyer weighs.

How a PUDA e-auction works

  1. Review the latest recorded public notice on the PUDA e-auction portal (eNivida) — it listed 61 sites and the reserve prices. Use the notice only as a record of the published deposit and deadlines; any new phase will publish its own terms.

  2. Published schedule record: e-Auction opens — 8 Jul 2026, 12:00 PM IST.

  3. Published schedule record: e-Auction closes — 20 Jul 2026, 12:00 PM IST.

Dates shown are from July 2026, a recorded phase on PUDA e-auction portal (eNivida); each new phase sets its own route, amounts, dates and terms. Verify against the official source.
