Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority property e-auctions
Auction announcements, cited to the official PUDA notice.
The Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority (PUDA) plans urban estates and sells public property across Punjab, run locally through its Patiala development office. It auctions residential plots and commercial SCO (shop-cum-office) sites through periodic e-auctions, each advertised with a site list, per-square-metre reserve rates, and an eligibility fee that lets you take part.
A PUDA auction opens an online window for registration and the eligibility fee, then runs timed online bidding on the eNivida portal. The highest valid bid is subject to the authority’s acceptance; on acceptance, allotment follows part-payment of the bid, with the balance and charges under the scheme terms. Sites are described by their size and use as the advertisement lists them.
Registration, the eligibility fee, and every bid happen on the official PUDA eNivida portal — never on BiddingPulse. We are an independent research site: we read the public notices and lay out the facts a buyer weighs.

Find the current notice on the PUDA e-auction portal (eNivida) — it lists the sites on offer, the reserve prices, the eligibility fee, and every deadline.
Register on the official source and pay the eligibility fee the notice asks for (the amount you put down to take part) before its deadline.
Bidding runs online on the official source during the window the notice names; the highest valid bid at or above the reserve is the leading bid, subject to the authority’s confirmation and the terms in its notice.
The authority handles the winning-bidder deposit, allotment, and balance payment through its own process, under the terms in its notice — never on BiddingPulse.
