Who can bid for these plots?
KDA’s linked manual requires Rajasthan SSO registration, an approved Urban Services bidder profile and an approved refund bank account. Its individual and non-individual profile options do not, by themselves, establish eligibility for a particular plot.
Published requirements
- Profile and documentsFirst update the SSO profile’s display name, personal e-mail and Aadhaar ID (VID); the Urban Services bidder profile is built from it. The manual also requires PAN and address, supporting documents and approval after scrutiny. Saving a draft does not submit it for approval. Bank-account proof and refund-account approval are also required.
- Fee and depositThe five records require the selected plot’s EMD and a separate ₹500 non-refundable participation fee. The manual makes access to its bid room conditional on successful EMD payment. See the payment cutoff in Key dates.
Confirm with KDA for your plot
- Applicant eligibilityThe inspected materials do not establish which individuals, firms, companies or institutions qualify for these five plots, or the applicable age, nationality, NRI/foreign, residency, income or category conditions. Confirm the permitted applicant type and required certificates with KDA before paying.
- Special uses and resort termsConfirm any operator qualifications or licences for the petrol-pump, resort and community-use plots. The OCF use list is not a bidder-eligibility list. The resort’s linked terms belong to a different residential programme; obtain the correct terms for R-1.
