The official schedule lists each plot’s area and rate; the published rate is ₹1,60,000 per square yard. It does not print each plot’s total reserve price, so we worked it out by multiplying the area by the rate. For each of these 16 plots, our reserve total is ₹3.11 Cr. The published plot area is approximately 194.44 square yards. On bidding, the notice says: only bids above the upset price are admitted, with a minimum increase of ₹2,000 per sq yd. The earnest-money deposit (EMD), a separate refundable deposit paid before bidding, is ₹2 lakh per plot. The terms say that unsuccessful bidders’ online EMD will be refunded to their accounts.
