Karnataka Housing Board auctions vacant corner and intermediate sites in its layouts across Karnataka, and at times houses, shops and commercial sites. Each notification lists the layouts, site numbers, board rates per sq m and participation conditions. Notification 29 says KHB holds an e-auction every month; Notifications 27, 28 and 29 bid in March, September and November 2026.

After its recent rounds, KHB has posted proceedings on its website with the winning bid per sq m for each lot sold. BiddingPulse summarises those results by layout and never republishes bidders’ names.

KHB auctions use the Karnataka Public Procurement Portal (KPPP). Its application requires a ₹500 registration fee and ₹50,000 initial deposit by e-payment, with the residence, rented-home and non-allotment affidavit. This offer has no bidding session. KHB invites applications at the listed Board prices. The notice’s file reference reads Allotment/Lottery, and the form collects bank details for refunds if no house is allotted. Neither source describes a draw or gives its date. The signed notice requires e-payment with the online application during 15–31 October 2026; no closing hour is printed.

  • Corner and intermediate sites — Nov 2026

    The 203-site e-auction uses KPPP for site-specific registration, required document uploads, the ₹50,000 EMD per site and online bidding. The selected site’s notice gives its bidding window. After a winning bid, KHB’s separate website payment route handles the 25% and balance payments.
