Where can I register or log in for a PMRDA lottery?

Open PMRDA’s housing portal. If an introduction appears, choose “Skip Intro”, then “Start Now”. Returning users choose “Already a user? Sign In”. For Moshi Sector 12 Phase II, use the scheme-specific application notice when published; a portal account alone does not mean applications are open. Where are the PMRDA lottery results and waiting lists?

PMRDA’s official lottery noticeboard links winner and waiting lists dated 8 April 2026 for Sector 12 and Sectors 30–32. Choose the matching sector and EWS or LIG category. These are results of earlier schemes, not the planned Moshi Phase II lottery.

What kinds of homes are in the Moshi project?

PMRDA lists 6,452 homes under construction in Sector 12 Phase II at Moshi (Chikhali), Pimpri-Chinchwad. The project includes Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG) apartments. This is the project’s size; the application notice must identify the homes actually offered in the lottery.

How to prepare for the PMRDA Moshi lottery

  1. Identify the Phase II notice

    Check PMRDA’s Notifications & Circulars, its lottery noticeboard and View Live Schemes on the housing portal for a notice naming Sector 12 Phase II at Moshi. Its earlier Sector 12 and Sectors 30–32 records cover separate housing schemes. Match the phase before using any dates, prices or eligibility terms.

  2. Compare the published home categories

    PMRDA’s project page sets out EWS A, EWS B, LIG A and LIG B homes. Its overview and scope tables differ on three carpet areas; the project announcement above shows both figures. Use the approved scheme brochure and flat plan to confirm the final area.

  3. Review the general document checklist

    PMRDA’s general checklist lists Aadhaar, PAN, a domicile certificate issued after 1 January 2018, and income proof through ITR or a Tahasildar income certificate. Caste documents apply to SC/ST/NT/DT reservation claims. It also lists an Aadhaar-linked mobile number, email, spouse documents for married applicants and a spouse’s death certificate for widowed applicants. The relevant lottery booklet determines the financial year and scheme-specific requirements.
