PMRDA Moshi lottery: Sector 12 project

The application notice is awaited. PMRDA’s September newsletter describes a planned Diwali lottery for its Moshi project; the project page identifies the 6,452 homes as Sector 12 Phase II. The official sources checked on 25 September do not give application dates, a fixed draw date, prices, deposits or scheme-specific eligibility. Wait for the Sector 12 Phase II notice before applying or paying.

The September newsletter locates the project at Moshi (Chikhali). PMRDA’s affordable-housing page places Sector 12 Phase II in the Pimpri-Chinchwad area and lists seven construction parcels: G1, G2, D1, D2, D3, E and F.

PMRDA’s general checklist lists Aadhaar, PAN, a domicile certificate issued after 1 January 2018, and income proof through ITR or a Tahasildar income certificate. Caste documents apply to SC/ST/NT/DT reservation claims. It also lists an Aadhaar-linked mobile number, email, spouse documents for married applicants and a spouse’s death certificate for widowed applicants. The relevant lottery booklet determines the financial year and scheme-specific requirements. These general requirements do not establish Phase II eligibility.

PMRDA’s project overview and scope tables agree on the category counts but differ on LIG A, LIG B and EWS B carpet areas. Both give EWS A as 29.55 sqm. The figures are shown together so the approved scheme brochure and flat plan can resolve the exact area.

This update concerns the 6,452-home Sector 12 Phase II project under construction. The older 4,883-home Sector 12 Phase I and 792 homes in Sectors 30–32 are separate. Their published prices and allottee lists do not establish terms for Phase II.
