GDA Ghaziabad July 2026 auction: 24 residential plots across Ghaziabad

The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) published its July 2026 notice (residential & commercial plot list, dated 25 Jun 2026), having offered 24 residential plots across 2 blocks in Ghaziabad. Unlike most e-auctions, the notice set the bidding itself in person at the venue named in the notice. It listed online registration alongside offline application, with the brochure detailing the participation route.
