Where these figures come from. Amar Ujala’s Ghaziabad bureau attributes the figures to GDA Additional Secretary Pradeep Kumar Singh and Secretary Vivek Mishra, reporting that ten properties were auctioned at Hindi Bhavan on Monday and that GDA will receive revenue of about ₹105.65 crore (our translation of its Hindi). The Pioneer carried the same statement in English the following day, with the same ten-property breakdown and no named official. Both read as GDA’s statement rewritten rather than a reporter’s own count, and neither prints a price for any individual property. The total is printed hedged — “लगभग” in Amar Ujala, “approximately” in The Pioneer — and is shown here as they hedge it. GDA publishes no result document of its own; its archive row records only the end date.
What they do not establish. These are GDA’s figures for the whole notice, as relayed by the press. Two of the ten — the Koyal Enclave primary-school plot and the Brij Vihar constructed community centre — come from the two schedules this page does not cover, and neither report says which of the 77 properties here the others are, who bought them or at what price. Neither report says how many properties went unsold, and BiddingPulse does not infer it. Successful bids remain subject to GDA’s acceptance and payment terms; a reported bid is not a completed sale.

What “77 properties” means
What the GDA Ghaziabad official auction materials say
GDA’s linked residential and commercial property schedule lists 77 properties within a larger notice that also links separate educational/medical and Brij Vihar community-centre schedules. The 77-row schedule comprises 26 residential plots, 41 commercial plots, 1 kiosk plot, 3 shop plots, 2 community-centre plots, 2 old-age-home plots, 1 hotel plot and GH-3, a 7,539.82 sqm group-housing plot at Koyal Enclave. Corrigendum 1 moved the auction from 24 to 25 August; Corrigendum 2 replaces notice 715’s 20 August registration deadline with 2 September and moves the auction to 7 September 2026 at 11:00 AM IST.
What BiddingPulse covers
This notice-only page covers all 77 rows in that residential/commercial schedule and groups them into the eight printed property types. We do not cover the notice’s other two schedules — 7 educational and medical plots, and the Brij Vihar community centre offered on a 10-year licence — so 77 is what this page covers, not the notice’s full 85. Published areas span 10.80–7,539.82 sqm, reserves span ₹16.20 lakh–₹93.896 crore and EMDs span ₹1.62 lakh–₹9.3896 crore.
The official auction materials, in plain terms
Compiled by BiddingPulse · cited to 715/व्यव0अनु0/2026 and linked official sourcesThe Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) published its auction notice (715/व्यव0अनु0/2026; first observed on the official source 4 Aug 2026). From the linked notice, BiddingPulse consolidates 77 properties across 8 property types in Ghaziabad. Unlike most e-auctions, the notice set the bidding itself in person at the venue named in the notice. It listed online registration alongside offline application from 5 August to 2 September, with the brochure as amended by Corrigendum 2 detailing the participation route. BiddingPulse summarizes this recorded subset from the linked official auction materials — its listed properties, property types, schedule, sizes, reserve prices — without reproducing a unit-level schedule.
The linked official auction materials set a published public timetable for the auction. The notice required bidders to record their interest by 2 Sep 2026, and bidding was scheduled for 7 Sep 2026, 11:00 AM IST. The notice listed online registration alongside offline application from 5 August to 2 September. According to the brochure as amended by Corrigendum 2, the application form had to be submitted at HDFC Bank Ltd., RDC Raj Nagar (the branch Corrigendum 2 names for the window to 2 September, one of several the brochure lists), with the earnest money as a bank draft or pay order in favour of the Vice Chairman, GDA. Bidding was scheduled in person at the venue named in the notice. The authoritative notice was published on gdaghaziabad.in. BiddingPulse lays out the auction's facts; it is never a party to it.
The notice set two numbers for every property. The first is the reserve price — the authority’s floor, below which no bid is accepted. The linked official auction materials set this bidding rule: bidding starts above the reserve rate; the minimum bid increment is announced at the auction. Across these 77 properties, the reserve runs from ₹16.20 L – ₹93.90 Cr, which works out to roughly ₹41,000 to ₹4,08,000 for every square metre. The properties measure about 10.8 to 7,539.82 square metres (the notice states the area is approximate and allows variation). The reserve is the floor the authority set — not evidence of any final or accepted price, and a concluded auction can also leave a property unsold. The second number is the Earnest-money deposit — here ₹1.62 lakh–₹9.3896 crore across all 77 properties; the schedule prints each rupee amount. The brochure says unsuccessful applicants receive their EMD back within 15 days; cancelled or rejected bids and other refunds are returned without interest. These two are not the whole cost: a bidder also had to budget for a 12% lease-rent and freehold charge added to the highest auction rate and payable with the property cost.
This auction has concluded. This page is kept as a permanent, dated record of the cited auction materials; the facts above are preserved for reference, and BiddingPulse republishes the sale outcome its sources reported and identifies no individual property, bidder or winning bid. Every figure traces to the cited Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) publications; the authority’s current documents and notice board control.
