How do I find the official notice for a property?
Open the MVDA homepage, select Tender, then Live and search the Event ID shown beside the property. Choose Event Notice. Use All if it is no longer in Live. For example, Event ID 51103 is Rukmini Vihar residential plot S-1/83. Open the homepage first if a direct notice or PDF link says Session Expired. The four public PDFs are under Documents; the property brochure becomes downloadable only after its document fee is paid.

Which plots have category reservations?
In Rukmini Vihar, OBC (Other Backward Classes) applies to S-1/244, S-1/123 and S-1/134; SC (Scheduled Castes) applies to S-1/44 and S-1/121; Senior Citizen applies to S-3/110. The remaining 18 properties explicitly marked Un Reserved and 26 marked with a dash are identified below. A dash does not confirm that anyone may apply. What documents does the public applicant checklist cover?
It has separate lists for companies, partnerships or LLPs, proprietors, trusts, societies and non-profit companies. They include organisational records, signatory authorisation and, for several applicant types, financial statements, net-worth or turnover statements and a bank solvency certificate no more than six months old. The checklist includes Rukmani Vihar Nursing Home wording; its application to other properties and individual applicants is not established.
