Bank auctions in India

960 properties open for registration now across India, from 64 lenders selling to recover loans.

From bankeauctions.com’s public auction list, last read 28 Oct 2026, and the AuctionTiger sites of HDFC, Axis, ICICI and IDFC First Bank. A missing listing does not mean no sale exists. Lenders often change dates and reserves; check the latest sale notice before you act.

Status pending

The auction’s scheduled end has passed (late bids may extend it on the day). Banks don’t publish results, so the outcome isn’t known. If a bid was accepted, the buyer usually has 15 days to pay the balance, counted from the bank’s confirmation in a SARFAESI sale or from the auction in a DRT sale; the sale notice can set an earlier date, so confirm it with the officer running the sale.
