Confirm the unit with DDA. DDA’s tender prints this plot as “40-I, in the layout plan of Wazirpur residential scheme phase-I”, but its printed point lands about 880 m north-north-east of the “I” DDA’s digital layout map prints for Block I, beside the community room and the land the map labels “Reserved for future planning”. If “40-I” is Plot 40 of Block I, the point is not on it. Ask DDA’s assistant engineer to show you the plot before you bid.
