In short
- The official facts are free on every auction: what is for sale, the reserve price, the deposit, the dates and the notice itself.
- Every paid plan opens the same research. The plans differ in how many auctions they cover, and Premium has a bigger satellite map allowance.
- For one project, buy Insight. For three or more projects from one authority, the pass costs less. For three or more authorities, or for past auctions, choose Premium.
- One exception: NBCC Avenue Towers, our first apartment release, is sold with Premium only. Insight and the pass do not cover it.
- Nothing renews automatically. Insight can be refunded in full within 24 hours. This does not affect your legal rights, on any plan.
Four plans, and how they differ
The paid plans open the same research. What changes is how many auctions they cover.
Every plan, including Free, shows the official facts: what is for sale, the reserve price, the deposit, the dates, and the notice to check them against.
The paid plans add our research on top: the satellite and layout views, satellite history, Street View, what each side of the plot faces, the sun, nearby places, the cost planner, the bidding brief and the checklist.
The difference is reach. Insight covers one project, the pass covers one authority, and Premium covers everything we track, past auctions included. Premium also has a bigger satellite map allowance (see below).

The bulletin lists the auctions open now. Each auction page gives the official facts and links to the notice, and the area briefs show where the land is. With a free account you can also join the discussion.
The sample area and sample plot are fully open to everyone, so you can see what paid research looks like on a real auction before you pay.
Insight unlock
For when you have found the project you want.
An Insight unlock costs ₹999 and opens all our research on one project for 30 days, every plot in it included. A project is however the authority groups its plots: a pocket, a sector or a scheme. — per the BiddingPulse Terms, section 3 (Access & pricing).
You can buy Insight only while the auction is open. If it closes during your 30 days, you keep access until they are up. Changed your mind? Ask for a full refund within 24 hours, using the refund form on your account page. — per the BiddingPulse Terms, section 3 (Access & pricing).
NBCC Avenue Towers, our first apartment release, is the one project not sold as an Insight unlock. Its research is in Premium only. — per the BiddingPulse Terms, section 3 (Access & pricing).
Auction Research pass
For when you are weighing several auctions from one authority.
The pass costs ₹1,999 and opens our research on every open auction from one authority, such as DDA, BDA or HMDA, for 30 days. You choose the authority at checkout. If it is running two auction phases and we have researched both, you get both.
If the authority announces a new auction while your pass is active, you get that one too once we have researched it. If an auction closes while your pass is active, you keep its research until the pass ends. To add another 30 days, buy the pass again for the same authority.
The pass does not cover other authorities, or auctions that had already closed before you bought it. Those are in Premium. It also does not cover NBCC Avenue Towers, which is sold with Premium only.
Premium
Everything we cover, including auctions that have already closed.
Premium costs ₹4,999 and opens our research on every open auction in every state, plus the full archive of past auctions, for 30 days. — per the BiddingPulse Terms, section 3 (Access & pricing).
The archive is what sets Premium apart. Past auctions keep their full research, the results where the authority published them, and the history of plots that come back up for auction. If a pocket you are watching returns, you can see what happened last time.
Satellite map allowance
We pay for every piece of satellite imagery you load, so each plan comes with a fair‑use limit.
The satellite map is made of small square images called tiles, and our imagery provider charges us for each one. Opening the map, dragging it and zooming all load tiles. Insight and the pass have the same allowance; Premium’s is bigger.
You will see a notice once you have used 80% of the allowance on a page. If you reach any limit, the map stops loading new imagery and offers to open the same spot in Google Maps. Your plan stays valid, and every other view keeps working.
The limits reset on their own: the daily one at midnight IST, the page one when you open the page in a new tab, and the 30‑day one as older use drops out of the 30 days.

For scale: a first look at a plot loads a few dozen tiles at most. Zooming out from a plot to the whole state and back loads a few hundred.
Choosing a plan
Start with what you are following.
Following one project? Buy an Insight unlock. Following three or more projects from the same authority? The pass costs less than unlocking each one, and it adds any new auction that authority announces while it is active.
Following three or more authorities? Premium costs less than a pass for each. It is also the only plan that opens past auctions.

Each lasts 30 days. A pass also covers new auctions its authority announces while it is active; an Insight unlock covers only its own project.
Payment, renewals and refunds
Pay once. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Every plan is a single payment for a fixed period. Nothing renews automatically. When the period ends, access ends, and it is up to you whether to buy again. — per the BiddingPulse Terms, section 3 (Access & pricing).
Insight can be refunded in full within 24 hours, from your account page. For the pass and Premium, email support@biddingpulse.com: we look at each request individually, and if we refund, access ends when the refund goes through. How much does BiddingPulse cost?

What is the BiddingPulse Auction Research pass?
It opens our research on every open auction from one authority you choose, such as DDA, BDA or HMDA, for 30 days at ₹1,999. New auctions that authority announces while your pass is active are included once we have researched them. It does not cover other authorities, auctions that closed before you bought it, or NBCC Avenue Towers.
Does any plan renew automatically?

What if the auction closes while I have access?
You keep access until your period is up, on Insight and on the pass. After that, the closed auction’s research moves to the Premium archive. — per the BiddingPulse Terms, section 3 (Access & pricing).
What counts as one project?

Which authority does the pass cover?
The one you pick at checkout. It covers every open auction from that authority that we have researched, including new ones announced while your pass is active. Buying it again for the same authority adds another 30 days.
Is the reserve price or the deposit behind the paywall?
No. The reserve price, the deposit, the dates and the link to the official notice are free on every page, for everyone.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for Insight: a full refund within 24 hours, from your account page. For the pass and Premium, email support@biddingpulse.com and we will look at your request. This does not affect your legal rights, on any plan. — per the BiddingPulse Terms, section 3 (Access & pricing).
