The form costs ₹590. Submit the site-specific EMD by demand draft in favour of Secretary, GCDA, Kochi, with the tender. The table separately requires security of 5% of the amount quoted in the tender. It does not state payment instalments, tax treatment, refund timing, forfeiture rules or whether an earlier deposit can be reused. Obtain those terms from GCDA; do not assume that the EMD is the full amount at risk.

Yes. The 8 September notice offered seven sites for 17 September, including the current four. Marine Drive then carried base rent ₹1,37,00,000 and EMD ₹3,42,500. The 24 September notice reduced the roster to these four for 1 October and printed Marine Drive at ₹1,00,00,000 with ₹2,50,000 EMD. The other three current amounts were unchanged. The 3 October re-tender set 7 October, and the 23 October re-tender sets 2 November, retaining those four sites and amounts, 5% security and the 364-day term. Earlier 27 July and 4 August invitations also listed Manappattiparambu east and the Rameswaram 145/3, 5A site under a different reference, Estate/B3/1/2026. The inspected invitations do not establish earlier awards, refunds or deposit carry-over.
