The current advertisement moves these dates to 27 November, 1 December and 2 December. The project’s published RERA registration is P-IND-17-243.
The commercial brochure expressly allows a joint application and offers for more than one property, with a separate offer and security payment for each. The Board’s general application checklist asks for income proof and a photograph. The current notice gives no separate income ceiling; the public cards mark reservation NA. Confirm the selected property’s applicant category and documents in the official application.
The application fee is ₹1,180, separate from the security deposit. Every property here has an upset value above ₹50 lakh, so all qualify for the advertisement’s option to pay the balance in three instalments within one year, as per rules. Neither document gives instalment dates, an acceptance-to-payment deadline, interest or default consequences; confirm the schedule before offering. Other charges payable to the government are extra. For shops and offices, the brochure adds a one-time maintenance deposit, currently 5% with no stated calculation base. Monthly top-ups based on area apply if interest on that fund is insufficient, and the amount can change. Security on rejected offers is returned within 45 days to the account in the application, without interest or deduction. The ₹1,180 application fee is non-refundable. Applicant-requested cancellation deducts 50% of the security; the commercial brochure specifies cancellation after acceptance. Inspection before offering is compulsory for every property, the sale is as-is, and no objection is accepted once an offer is placed. For shops and offices, the Board may accept or reject an offer without giving a reason. A difference in delivered area adjusts the price proportionally; a difference above 10% lets a commercial buyer withdraw and recover all deposited amounts without interest or deduction.
The brochure gives no reserved parking for shops. Commercial halls have two basement car-parking spaces each, except hall 02 on the seventh floor, which has one. Corridors and common areas remain for common use. No extra construction, and no change to or demolition of existing construction, is allowed without Board permission. Transfers follow Board rules; the Additional Commissioner at MPHIDB headquarters, Bhopal, has the final decision in a dispute.
