The live SCHEMES listing and UID 1148 application form both show Expected Cost ₹3,57,000 and Registration Amount ₹32,000, plus ₹590 application-form fee. The linked advertisement still prints ₹2,84,000 and ₹26,000 for its one semi-finished home, number 175. This page uses the current application amounts and preserves the older printed amounts here. The form does not identify house 175, so confirm that mapping and the payable price with MP Housing Board before paying; no published corrigendum settling the discrepancy was found.

What changed in the October reopening?
The revised advertisement and all seven application forms now total 171 homes. The ₹4,13,000 group has 20 homes and 20 printed house numbers; September’s version counted 22 but named 21. House 188 no longer appears in that group. The source does not explain the reduction or establish an allotment, sale or withdrawal. The other six counts and all current application amounts are unchanged.

The existing Kapildhara Colony, Barbaspur scheme and its 7 application groups reopened from 16 October, 10:30 AM IST to 31 October, 11:59 PM IST. The revised advertisement confirms the closing date and time. It now lists 171 homes: the ₹4,13,000 group has 20 homes and 20 names, compared with September’s count of 22 and list of 21. House 188 is no longer listed; no allotment or reason for the reduction is published. The one-home advertisement/form price conflict remains. These are continuing schemes, not newly launched houses.
