Availability, eligibility and costs
16 scheme codes are listed in this continuing FCFS programme. Compare the cost, EMD and category availability for the exact code before applying.
Every CSNB_26_04 public scheme detail, checked 28 Oct 2026
How many properties are actually available?
4 of 16 schemes show zero in every displayed category. 13 of 16 scheme rows have different Total Plots and available-category totals. The list fields sum to 531, while the category fields sum to 135 (our arithmetic). Neither sum should be treated as a verified count of individually bookable properties. Both source fields are shown for every code, including zeros. Confirm the chosen category and unit on MHADA before payment.

Who can apply?
The listed income-group and reservation categories identify the scheme; they do not by themselves establish your eligibility. A profile, document verification and the scheme-specific EMD are required before selecting an available unit. The April booklet’s scheme table lists homes and row houses, with zero plot area on every row. It does not list this later programme’s plots in Jalna, Nanded, Parbhani and Dharashiv. The applicable income year and ceiling, age, nationality, domicile, ownership and category documents need confirmation for the selected scheme. Obtain this programme’s own allotment, agreement and payment terms from the Board; the April housing rules are not established as governing it.
CSNB_26_04 programme fee; each scheme’s Cost and EMD fields
What do the cost and deposit figures mean?
The portal labels each selling amount Cost. Each scheme’s EMD is shown separately, at ₹5,000–₹15,000. The programme lists an application fee of ₹708. The public amount alone does not establish the fee’s refund terms or the final additional charges. Preserve the scheme-specific deposit: a generic income-group table can differ. Cost is not an auction reserve, an EMD or a monthly rent.
April booklet pages 6–7, 11 and 16, and corrigendum scope compared with CSNB_26_04
Do the April payment rules govern these plots?
Applicability is unconfirmed. The Board’s April booklet and corrected note mention plots in their 10%-within-48-hours, EMD-forfeiture and five-year resale clauses, but their listed scheme table does not include these later plots. Do not treat those timings or deductions as this programme’s settled terms. Ask the Board to confirm the governing notice, price revision rights, payment ladder, forfeiture and cancellation basis, title, possession and any construction or transfer conditions for the selected code. An occupation-certificate condition for flats does not establish plot-handover requirements.
MHADA’s portal shows applications opening on 2 Jun 2026, 6:15 PM IST. The current application cutoff is 2 Jun 2027, 11:59 PM IST, subject to eligible-category stock remaining available.

Practical questions
How much EMD is required?
₹5,000–₹15,000 as displayed in the scheme details; the selected scheme’s amount governs. Programme-specific refund and forfeiture terms require confirmation before payment. Check the exact amount for your scheme application in the linked official allotment materials before paying.
When does FCFS booking start and close?
