What does the lease cost beyond the premium?
The advertisement prints annual lease rent of ₹53per m² for the first year and ₹20per m² for subsequent years, in addition to the land premium. Part I, section 8 of the matching tender book states a first lease term of 30 years, with renewal for the same use under the stated rules. It requires annual rent in advance before 1 June. The conflicting nil-rent entry in Part IV needs IDA’s clarification.
