Printed as “CNG site at Community Center, Hari Nagar (Zone: West Zone; Use: CNG Station)”. That reserve was a yearly licence fee too, and that tender printed the same ₹2,00,000 bid increment (Chapter III, clause 5, page 18). Phase 23’s reserve is ₹1,40,00,000 higher, 70 times that increment, as an earlier highest bid would be. DDA does not say why.

We treat two listings as the same site only where DDA’s rows print the same Plot ID, or the same site and the same area. A portal status records how bidding ended, not a sale, and DDA’s records do not say why a site is listed again. Before you pay the deposit, ask DDA why this site is back, and whether anything about it has changed.
DDA’s advertisement of 30 Oct 2026 names the categories on offer, the registration window and the help lines. Check DDA’s documents page for any corrigendum before you pay.
Register on dda.enivida.com with a class III digital signature, your PAN, and the tender’s affidavit, letter of intent and application form. Registration costs ₹2,000 plus GST. Each site needs its own form and EMD.
Find the site’s Plot ID and Annexure I row in DDA’s tender, and the same Plot ID on eNivida.
Pay half the site’s reserve yearly fee online on eNivida by 29 Nov 2026, 6:00 PM IST.
DDA emails each site’s slot after registration closes. You bid a yearly fee: the first bid is the reserve yearly fee plus at least one increment (₹2 L). A bid in the last 10 minutes extends the auction by 10 minutes, and withdrawing a bid forfeits the EMD.
After DDA accepts the highest bid, its letter of intimation comes on the BHOOMI portal. Within 7 days, raise the EMD to one year’s fee at your winning bid. Miss it and the bid is cancelled and the first-stage EMD forfeited.
Within 90 days of DDA’s demand-cum-licence letter, pay a security deposit of 3 times your yearly fee (the EMD counts toward it) and the first year’s fee, and give DDA the gas company’s letter of intent. DDA allows 275 more days, with interest of 10% a year on the deposit and a penalty of ₹10,000 a month for a late letter of intent.
The 10-year licence and its fee start 180 days after the demand letter, even if DDA issues the licence later. Each year’s fee is paid in advance by 10 April, and it rises 6% a year, compounded. Clause 2.8 J lets you add EV charging, hydrogen, bio-fuel or other clean fuels beside CNG, and use built-up space on the site commercially within the FAR the Master Plan allows, under PESO’s norms.
Use eNivida for the EMD and your bidding slot, and DDA’s BHOOMI portal (eservices.dda.org.in) for the letters and payments after the auction.
