Submit the signed bid form, 10% EMD and self-attested PAN, identity and residence proof by 12 November 2026; the platform supplies a 5:00 PM IST cutoff, while the newspaper gives the date only. Produce originals for verification and obtain portal credentials.

The bid kit uses a demand draft/pay order; confirm the branch’s accepted payment and document-delivery route before remitting.
